Taking a screenshot of an alert will always ignore its borders, no matter if you set the checkmark in Screenshot's options. Copy&paste this

Only I can't... :) The old Trac let me change a ticket's component. Maybe I lack the needed permissions...

I believe you will find that screenshot will ignore the border of any window that doesn't have a tab. The problem is that the app server always returns a border size of zero for these windows, so there is not really anything that can be done in the screenshot application to solve this.
It is either a problem with the app_server or the interface kit.
