There's no documentation regarding the _type parameter of the get_vnode hook.

Because I didn't fill this in, Haiku didn't knew that lklhaikufs directories were really directories and could not browse their contents. It took me a couple of days to figure it out.
I guessed that the type is the only thing used, but I saw that the ext2 driver sends all the bits.

Thanks for the hint! The permission bits are not necessary, only the type. I added a description of the _type and _flags parameters in hrev37552.
