[BMenu] redraw problems in Backgrounds

If you set HAIKU logo - white on blue.png as desktop wallpaper and open Backgrounds via tracker add-on you'll see: *1. half a second white background in preview. *2. Current Workspace menu truncation. Tested with hrev17653 under vmware. Screenshot will follow.

Seems to be fixed, only menu field doesn't truncated, but it's all over the place.
