[FileTypes] crash on group creation

Description

To reproduce it start FileTypes and press Add... Select Add new group and type '123' in Group name and press Add Group. Press again Add... type '123' in Internal name, press Add type. Now you should see double selected '123' and if you try to Remove it FileTypes will crash.

Also note that new group is always created inside first one.
