no default boot splash

Description

in #37740 there is no default boot splash logo. Is this intended when building an haiku image? shouldn't be there at least the development logo? Should we add the defines needed to show an logo to the UserBuildConfig sample file?

This was introduced as part of #6183, for removing the trademark logos from default builds. This ​mailing list thread explains the changes in more detail.

As for the UserBuildConfig sample, I don't think it's necessary as configure --help mentions the different values for --distro-compatibility <level>

#6384 and #6385 are somewhat related too.
