updated icon for USB floppy

The current icon uses the "true isometric" perspective that we're not supposed to use per the icon guidelines: ​http://www.haiku-os.org/development/icon-guidelines

So I tweaked the perspective to try to make it correct. While doing that, I fixed up the USB logo a bit, added a slight gradient to it, fixed the floppy shadow (which was still set to match the previous thicker floppy from before pulkomandy's hrev38407 changeset), and a few other tiny things like tweaking the highlights on the edges of the floppy a bit.

I'm attaching a preview image of the current Floppy icon and my updated version, as well as a copy of the icon file itself.

I'm not sure which component this would fall under.

(I'd go ahead and make another patch like ​http://dev.haiku-os.org/changeset/38407 , but I'm not sure what the best way is to do that and I don't want to be presumptuous.)

This is my first attempt at working in Icon-o-matic, so any pointers would be appreciated. :)

tweaked the USB logo a bit more due to some criticism. it's very tricky to make a nice ellipse at that scale. ;)
