X ray browsing partially not working

Description
When you drag & drop a file while holding the CMD key or using the secondary mouse button you can choose the action with this popup menu:
Move Here Copy Here Create symlink -- Cancel
but this menu doesn't appear if you x-ray browsing (http://betips.net/1997/09/09/x-ray-drag-and-drop/), in R5 it works correctly

I've tried the original OT on R5 and it hasn't got this feature too, so I've modified the ticket from bug to enhancement
