NetworkStatus applet freezes desktop in safe mode

Description
because the auich driver crashes my system, i had to boot in safe-mode, but i noticed that in safe mode the applet NetworkStatus crashes my system. But if delete auich driver, i don't need anymore to start in safemode, and in that case also NetworkStatus works fine. If I delete NetworkStatus, then i can also start in safe mode. So, it seems that NetworkStatus has in safemode a problem (i guess it could also be related to net_serv). In case that nobody can reproduce it, I can give later more details related to it.

it seems this problem has disappeared now. so, it can be closed
