In/out markers ignored on playback

Description

This is hrev38402.

Using the in/out markers to crop an audio file changes the wave display accordingly (though flickering and with drawing errors, see #3322). The cropping is respected when saving the audio clip, but is ignored on playback: it always runs through the whole clip.
