Just overheard it on IRC, and thought I add it as a bug.

Are you talking about the native driver or OpenSound ? OpenSound indeed doesn't know the hda codec used, and seems to crash on unload due to this. However the native driver should now work correctly with it, just use the current git HEAD version of QEMU, I recently fixed an interrupt storm due to incomplete emulation: http://git.qemu.org/qemu.git/commit/?id=af93485cde810f3c2f488533e0b60c99eae5d01d

I was talking about the native one, but it stemmed from a misunderstanding, so I've set it to invalid.
