Description

This is hrev39660.

  • Open the R1 Feature Poll.
  • Move down to the actual poll in the scrollview.
  • Hover the mouse over the scrollview.
  • Scroll down with the mouse wheel.

Yes the test case is gone, but the css overflow property seems to work fine in the old and new Web+ (except some scroll bar controls rendering issue, that's another ticket). see: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/tryit.asp?filename=trycss_overflow

That's possibly a more general redraw issue, not specific to html "scroll views" i.e divs with css overflow property. Please reopen if you see that again.
