White Screen of Death

Description

Running Haiku Nightlies on Sony VAIO UMPC -- Haiku when booting doesn't show the Haiku logo, but shows the boot icons. Goes through all those and then gets to a complete white screen and goes no further.

When using fail-safe video mode, Haiku boots and seems to work fine, except it's not outputting to the external monitor (guess that's part of the fail-safe mode).

I've attached the syslog from the "bad" boot to the fail-safe boot.
