Applied in hrev40545.
Frankly speaking I feel like I did most useless thing in this repository from the beginning of my co-work. So let it be the sample how to correctly handle BAlerts with bold-styled localized quasi header.
Are there any ways to show this Alert besides sending "hey syslog_daemon _ABR"?

OK,
I did not even know that one. :)

You mean to use the private shared BAboutWindow? ;-)

Nope. But anyway, since there is an alert in the first place (this would be the most useless thing in our repository, and I plead guilty on that - copying its BeOS counterpart, though), I also think it deserves to be localized. We could remove that whole thing, though.
A syslog_daemon localization patch.
