Mail_daemon downloads only partial mails

Description
This is hrev40457.
In E-Mail prefs, the option to only download mails partially can't be deactivated (POP3). Now I have quite a few mails with MIME text/x-partial-email. How do I get the rest of those mails? Double-clicking doesn't do it.
For the time being, I set the threashold from 0 KB to 30000...
(I didn't yet find the time to recompile with debug info, Clemens...)

Sorry for forgetting this ticket. Up to hrev40513 I'm still unable to uncheck the checkmark to only download headers. After reopeneing the panel it's always back on.

Really? just uncheck the box and all mails should be downloaded. Just tested it. 0KB means only the header is downloaded, maybe the logic is a bit weird had also some problems while implementing it..
