[Deskbar] team item switching leaves white spaces — at Initial Version

Description

Boot Haiku and switch to another workspace (alt+2), then select Terminal from team items list ans select Terminal. Repeat this step 3-8 times to see redraw bugs. Screenshow will follow. Tested under vmware with hrev18486.
