Description
This is hrev40756, gcc2hybrid.
There are some drawing bugs in «memory using» menu of ProcessController. 1 and 2 are wrong layout calculation and 3 is a junk small vertical line observed long time ago.

FYI, it is intended to use B_UTF8_ELLIPSIS in the first case, see here.
Other two glitches should be fixed, though.

1) The Russian localization uses the translation "Системные ресурсы и кеш…" for the string "System resources & caches…", hence the "…" (as diver already explained). The German translation is "Systemressourcen & Cache" - thus no "…" (see attached ProcessController_German.png).
The translation can be changed in HTA.
2.) This seems a layout miscalculation - but you won't see this problem in future revisions: Somebody already changed the translation in HTA from "Мбайт" to the shorter "Мб". As soon as the latest changes are committed to svn the layout problem should no longer be observed.
3.) Confirmed - visible regardless of localization.
