I think this behavior was introduced in hrev40685.

This label also show up while emptying the Trash.

You're right, the "if (fDestDir.Length() > 0)" was lost in hrev40685. Should be a quick fix, will have a look later today or tomorrow if noone beats me to it. Cc'ing Alex in case he's interested :)
