[PowerStatus] show alert if no power interface found before opening any other windows

Description

This is hrev41270, gcc4 hybrid.

PowerStatus (or the driver it uses) doesn't detect power interface on my hardware and upon launch it shows main window for a split second and then quits. It would be nice to show user why it quits by showing appropriate alert window.
