Tried to localize Chart. Regard my patch ("Chart.patch") as no more than a quick-and-dirty fix. There are a number of issues (e.g. width of pop-up menus not determined by longest translated string but by the longest string in English) that should be properly addressed by someone who can really program - most of the time I don't know what I'm doing.
