Bugzilla should strike through attachments that are marked "Obsolete". For example, check #199, where the first two attachments are obsolete but where there is no visualisation. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=313326 for how obsolete attachments should be displayed.

In Trac you can delete attachments. It's impossible to obsolete them, though.
