[BScrollBar] Escaping from scroll-action

Description
When dragging a scrollbar thumb button in order to scroll, there is no way to escape the scroll action and fallback to the initial position. That is rather useful for large contents if one wants just to look around in the scrolled content and then get back to the origin. Instead one has to scroll back again.
Such escaping could be scrollbar-cursor distance dependent or a reaction to ESC key.
