http://i.min.us/knX4K.jpg debug output crashes here. I tried running it with all safe mode options enabled. I was using rEFIt and an anyboot USB.
I can get specific macbook specs but its a 2009ish one iirc.

R1 Alpha 3 has not yet been released. This was with an R1 Alpha 3 Release Candidate image.

What do you mean by "debug output crashes"? The picture you posted shows only the first page of debug output. It's waiting for you to press a key to continue, but it's possible that you can't (because of lack of USB legacy emulation from the firmware side). Try pressing the "p" key very early and repeatedly to disable paging if possible and create a new screenshot of the last page of output. If it panics during boot without enabling on-screen debug output, then please attach a screenshot of this instead.
