[Deskbar] Rename "Show replicants" to "Show replicants handle"

The "Show replicants" meny option do not show/hide replicants, as one might believe on the description. Since this option shows/hides the context meny handle, it should be renamed to something that better describes what it does, eg "Show replicants handle).

Also, I think that this meny option should be moved from Deskbar to Deskbar Preferences.

Yep "Show replicant handles" would be more appropriate. As it's no Deskbar setting it shouldn't move into the Deskbar preferences. I remember a discussion quite a while back, see ​http://www.freelists.org/post/haiku-cdt/Replicants,1.

If there were more votes on changing the current string, I'd do it, otherwise I'd prefer to do away with the menu item altogether as described in the linked discussion. We'd only need someone with the time, skill and motivation to do that... :)

It should definitely be moved away from Deskbar.

Moving Deskbar enhancement tickets out of R1 milestone -- Tracker's source code comes from BeOS R5, so it already has all the features it did on R5.
