[DriveSetup] can not initialize BFS partition on HDD

Description
hrev42159 (Alpha3rc) I Try to initialize a BFS partition but the menu option is grayed. however:
- I can initialize the disk with a BFS
- the "Initialize" menu option is available for the empty area of the disk (aka the no-partitioned area - but of course initializing fails).

The second issue is definitely not a recent regression. I fixed it in hrev42135 in the trunk (among other things, possibly the first issue, too). It doesn't appear to have made it into the alpha branch yet.
I thought it was merged in hrev42152, but reading hrev42152 carefully, only hrev42136, hrev42138, hrev42140, hrev42141 and hrev42142 have been merged into the the alpha branch. hrev42135 and hrev42139 have not.
