[locale] Dutch Mount translation

Description
In the dutch language setting the translation of "to mount" being used is "betrek(ken)" and unmount is "onttrekken". This is more Flamish(Belgian) than Dutch. Proposal to use "Koppel(en)" (Aankoppelen) and "Koppel af" (Afkoppelen) in stead or stick with mount/unmount.

Besides becoming active directly at HTA, you may also consider joining the Dutch i18n mailing list if more discussion is needed.
Generally, localization issues are better addressed on the i18n mailing lists. So I'm closing the ticket here.
