Description

I think it could be a good idea not to change the cursor automatically when entering the separator region between the views of a splitview. Perhaps it should be changed just if the mouse has stopped there. Because in my case I have window with many splitters, and everytime i move around the cursor is changed, but without benefit, because i dont intend to resize/change proportion. It's a little bit annoying.
