[media_addon_server] crashed in BMediaEventLooper::RunState ()

Description

This is hrev42415 in vbox. media_addon_server suddenly crashes. In this session didn't use any audio apps at all. I've never seen this before.

Haven't seen it since then. Was probably fixed in the meantime.
