Copy/Move via spring-folder doesn't always work

I have the feeling there was a ticket about that already, but I can't find it...

Grab a file and hover it over a folder until it springs open and lets you drill down to your destination. Now, dropping the file should move (if on same volume) or copy (if on a different volume).
If the springing folder is in the same Tracker window as the dragged file, it works, the file is moved. But if you dragged to spring a folder in another Tracker window it doesn't.
