[WebPositive] optional package turns off columns in Tracker

Description

Size and Date columns are missing from /boot/apps, /boot/common and /boot/common/ssl after installing Web+ optional package. Also column changes to English. Same thing in /boot/apps/WebPositive and ~/config/settings/WebPositive.
