USB keyboard/mouse not working properly

Description
After USB has been included in the haiku image, and some ps2 and input server bugs have been fixed, keyboard and mouse are now handled by usb_hid, and no longer by BIOS ps2 emulation.
Problem: pressing a key takes several seconds to appear in Terminal, when moving the mouse it jumps around several 100 pixels each time.

Clearification:
Typed keys appear immediatelly after moving the mouse.
