Description
I'd like to reopen bug 829 and add a comment, but it seems that I can neither add a comment or reopen it.
I get the error: "TICKET_ADMIN privileges are required to perform this operation"
I logged in as myself.

That was stupid bug I introduced, but didn't check because I was always logged in as admin. Sorry. You couldn't even modify any tickets.
It should be fixed now. Could you verify and close this ticket if everything is okay? Thanks!
