Description
This is hrev44133, gcc2hybrid.
- Open InfoWindow of any unidentified file (e.g. /bin/znew)
- Right click it's icon and select Identify (or just drag it's icon in Tracker)
It's icon should be updated in InfoWindow

There is another variant of this bug:
- Select not yet identified Welcome link on the Desktop
- Press Alt+I to open Info window
- Click Link to: /boot/system/bin/welcome
- Drag welcome file in opened Tracker window to identify it
Info window will still show old icon.

Also dragging Welcome link on the Desktop doesn't identify it, whereas dragging /bin/welcome does it.
