Description
I have SB Live output working now, alongside my HDA chipset audio (hurray) thanks to the suggested workaround in another ticket, and now I'm trying to use SB Live's line input to do recording, but so far I can't get any signal. I'm using Haiku 44242.
I test by opening SoundRecorder and looking at the VU levels. There's nothing so far, when I feed audio into SB Live's input jack.
So far I have tried:
- Making SB Live (EMUXKI) the default audio input (and rebooting afterwards, just to be sure it "took.")
- Unmuting every single item in media prefs and making sure volume is turned up on EVERYTHING
- Plugging into every single jack on the sound card in case the driver is misdirecting its "energies" :-)
Will try any other scenarios anyone can suggest!
