Description
Network bcm440x doesn't work if cable is plugged in after Haiku has booted up. I tried to deactivate the network and than switch to DHCP - doesn't work, I don't get a correct IP and no Gateway, change to static also doesn't work.
IF the cable is plugged before I start Haiku ethernet works.

Looks like a problem handling the PHY (bmtphy according to syslog).

Probably fixed by the logic inversion in hrev52695.
