Tracker dialogs still using BeOS style bitmaps.

At least the "copy" and "empty trash" dialogs are still using the old style BeOS bitmap icons on them.

They're really small, so it's hard to notice.

Updated hvif versions of both of these exist in the source under data/artwork/icons/

This sort of follows up on #1429 (and goes in tandem with #4996)
