Strange behaviour when opening BeMenu.

Description
Since hrev44528, when i open Be Menus inside Deskbar (for example "Preferences"), for a moment i can see that while items are listed, is showed for an instant, only the frame of menu. I am unable to take a screenshot because this issue is fast as a flash, so i made a"mockup" of this issue using WonderBrush.
