Description
BePDF is crashing with Error:Couldn't create font file when trying to open many of the .pdf files from the Data Demo OptionalPackage. Specifially cern-1.pdf, among others.

nevermind... this is due to a side effect of #8942, which makes the partition read-only. Trashing this vmware and restarting.
