Description
This is hrev44680, GCC2 hybrid, self-build
Problem is similar to #1491 (someohe here tells me that reopening old tickets is bad idea so I created new one). Mayble problem introduced by 2 input_server's with the same signature: one in /boot/system/servers folder, other in Haiku build folder. Registrar is trying to stop wrong input_server and fail.
To thutdown computer pressing "Kill application" button is always required.

Exactly; the problem occurs because the wrong executable is actually being used.

Just for reference, this can't happen ; multiple binaries with the same signature is only an issue for launching. When quitting, only the running teams list is looked at, so at that stage how many are present on disk is irrelevant.
