Description
When the language is changed to Bulgarian the system doesnt translate almost anything! The only thing that is translated is the calendar. Not a single app is transleted in bulgarian not even the menus, the buttons or the description in the menu. You can see that in screenshot: bug1.png

For some reason Bulgarian language is not being exported from Pootle even though it's currently 80% completed. http://i18n.haiku-os.org/pootle/bg

Bulgarian actually does not match either of the criteria to be included with the Haiku image. It has not been touched since we migrated to Pootle, and it does not translate over 80% of the strings.
I do see that somebody has been making suggestions for Bulgarian, so I will contact that person and see if they are interested in working on it.
