Description
I tried a lot of languages and almost EVERY ONE of them isn't working, nothing is translated except the Date. check screenshot: bug9.png for example.

Thank you for your check. Most of localization related tickets you posted this evening have no sense here. Localization is never ending process - developers are changing sources, translators are trying to follow them step by step. So it is no wonder that some strings are not localized ATM. It is obvious and have no sense to have such endless tickets in the Trac.

Also you have to reboot for language to apply. Only Locale preflet updates its' strings on the fly.

Just to correct this statement: After you change the Locale language, a newly opened app does use the new strings right away. Tracker and Deskbar have to be restarted (Locale prefs maybe should ask to do that when changing the language...). Catalan was a bit unfortunate an example, as there are almost no translated strings yet, see pootle site.
After you reboot the system, or only just restart the Tracker/Deskbar, you will see the localized strings.
