This test file generates MediaPlayer's 'could not open file - Out of memory' error in a dialog GUI box:
MP4: H.264 (video) / AAC (audio)
File opens fine using: mpv, vlc, ffplay. Tested on hrev57063 x64.
NOTE: If downloaded, same file plays fine with MediaPlayer. Similar issue with 3GP files.

This is still reproducible with the linked file (and I think with any video file I tried), however the url is different now https://sample-videos.com/video321/mp4/720/big_buck_bunny_720p_30mb.mp4

This is a different issue. I moved it to #18911.
Hi, can you provide a sample video file or a link to one?
