[Debugger] hangs while trying to save a report

Description
This is hrev45130.
To reproduce:
- ScreenSaver->Gravity
- Click Test button several times to crash screen_blanker to have several crash dialogs one on top another.
- Click Save report button several times rapidly
Some saved crash reports on the Desktop won't be complete: attached 2 reports of different size. Tried to debug hanged Debugger, attached it as well. Hanged Debugger instances are not visible in the Deskbar.

Unable to reproduce crash of screen_blanker with Gravity screensaver on hrev55112.

Seems it's hung waiting for the debug kit/server to retrieve the stack trace of one of the threads in the screen blanker. Assigning to debug_server until it can be determined if it's a problem in the latter or in the kernel side of things.
