Ability to query for attachments

Description
Right now it is difficult to find patches (or any type of attachment) by a certain user. Could this be added to the /search functionality?

Patches are now tracked on Gerrit, so attachments are now just "syslogs" and the like. It's possible to query for a username and then in tickets, so this is good enough I suppose.
