radeon_hd driver no longer resumes from screen blanking.

Description
Since the recent changes to the radeon_hd driver, which fixed using my DVI connections on my radeon 4870x2, the screen no longer resumes from screen blanking.
I can manually CTRL-ALT-ESC to enter safe mode video, and then reset the screen resolution from there.
For now I've disabled screen blanking, but I ran into this problem again today when I walked away from the Installer for awhile and came back to a blank screen again and had to use the same method to get back to the installer to make sure it completed so that I could restart (which led to a KDL when I clicked the restart button on the installer oddly enough).

I had similar issues, but they were resolved some months ago with updates to the Radeon driver. Can you retest with a current nightly?
This is on hrev45336 gcc2h.
See hrev45219, hrev45319, and hrev45325 for what I think are the related changes to the code.
(45219 broke the DVI display... before which DVI and screen blank resume worked, and 45325 fixed it... but I don't know which changes might have been involved in breaking the screen blanking resume functionality.)
