[Appearance] add the ability to save personal settings/combinations

Description
Currently, in the preflet Appearance, if we set personal fonts and colors and then we click on "Default", we close the window and then we reopen Appearance, obviously all personal settings (fonts and colors) are lost. So would be very nice and useful add a new tab where we can set one or more scheme composed by fonts and colors. Mockup attached.

I think this is a third party application opportunity. For the average user I believe the Appearance is adeguate.
You can use Haiku Theme Manager (https://github.com/HaikuArchives/HaikuThemeManager) to create various configurations. It's very easy to use.
