Description
It would be useful if there would be a same popup menu as the Partition menu when the user click on a partition entriy in the partition list. It would be a bit faster when we want to make new partition or just want to initialize it.
Using 45934 nightly.

Popup menu in both the diskview and listview areas are included in the patch.
