versioning of pci.ids and usb.ids

Could we possibly add version or date to the pci.ids and usb.ids file names? Perhaps a simple date would be enough, like for WebPositiveBookmarks. Currently, those two are the only files I have to manually remove from my download folder when doing a clean build.

Furthermore, because these are not rev'd, whenever they are changed, the previous version is apparently lost on the server which means that one cannot go back and build an old revision of haiku using the older file. That may not seem like a big deal, but at one point, the file format changed significantly, cutting off the ability to build hrevs older than that change.
