URL locator doesn't always update correctly

Description
This is hrev47114.
When you go to some video (Duggan's recommendation on IRC...) you see related clips on the right side. On mouse-over, their URL appears correct in the status bar. Clicking on one opens the correct page alright, but in the URL locator is still the old URL.
So far, I've only seen that on youtube.
