Description
See the attached image for an example on 4chan's /out/ (outdoors) board. I have reproduced this bug on an image built from git sources today.

I'm experiencing some incomplete WebPositive pages as well. News.google.com is fine at the top, but farther down the page, there are just headings, no text. Using Haiku 47642, though I think I noticed it on some other recent builds too.
