Description
Running hrev48123, but i have see this since WebPositve added notifications when a download was finished and i started to turn off Notifications.
Settings for Notifications are reseted to Default after i reboot Haiku. All changes in the preference page are active as long as you don't reboot.

If you updated from an older version, there was a change in the setting format. Delete the folder ~/config/settings/system/notifications. The preflet will then write a file with the same name, which it can't do as long as the folder is there.
